None String added in the repository simlar Android App: strings German	English Simlar has always been a personal passion project for me, something I have truly enjoyed working on since its inception in 2013. However, a few months ago I welcomed my son into the world and have decided to dedicate my free time to him. While I will keep the servers running for now, I want to give a heads-up: If any major issues arise, I may need to shut them down without notice. In the meantime, I hope to find some time here and there to update the apps dependencies. For the moment Simlar is still available (as always, at your own risk) but it is time to start exploring alternatives. <a href="https://signal.org">Signal</a>, <a href="https://element.io">Matrix (Element)</a>, and <a href="https://linphone.org/">Linphone</a> are all doing an excellent job. Ich werde die Server vorerst weiterlaufen lassen, möchte aber vorwarnen: Sollten größere Probleme auftreten, kann es sein, dass ich sie ohne Vorankündigung abschalten muss. In der Zwischenzeit hoffe ich, hier und da etwas Zeit zu finden, um die Abhängigkeiten der Apps zu aktualisieren. Im Moment ist Simlar noch verfügbar (wie immer auf eigene Gefahr). Aber es ist an der Zeit, sich nach Alternativen umzusehen. <a href="https://signal.org">Signal</a>, <a href="https://element.io">Matrix (Element)</a> und <a href="https://linphone.org/">Linphone</a> leisten alle Hervorragendes. Your calls are fully encrypted and tap-proof. Simlar is very easy to use. Just select your contact and call them! After installation, all of your contacts who also use Simlar will be listed in the app automatically. Maybe some of your friends already have Simlar. If not, you can invite them easily. Simlar is also available for iPhones. Simlar is based on the established end-to-end encryption protocol ZRTP. No one can listen to your conversation, not even us. During your first call, you need to match a short code with the person you are speaking to. This protects against man-in-the-middle attacks and only needs to be done once per contact. The app development is driven by the open source community. You can find the source code at simlar.org. Simlar is free of charge. All you need is an internet connection.
